Due to the nature of thrifted and second-hand merchandise:

  • Each item is unique and may show normal signs of wear.
  • We do our best to accurately describe and photograph all items.
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Inventory errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Product availability issues

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

Triple Threads Thrift is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Weather events
  • Customs or other circumstances beyond our control

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the unique nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect fit
  • Color variations
  • Buyer preference

If an item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Limitation of Liability
