Refund policy

At Triple Threads Thrift, all items are carefully inspected before being listed. Due to the unique and pre-loved nature of our inventory, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect fit or sizing
• Color variations due to screen settings
• Normal signs of wear that are disclosed or visible in photos

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that was significantly misrepresented or if the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will review each situation individually and may offer:

• A refund
• Store credit
• A replacement (if available)

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error was made by Triple Threads Thrift.
